I'll ask you to arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out some simple paperwork. From there, we'll talk about what brought you in, discuss your goals, and explore what's been tried before. We'll wrap up by scheduling your next appointment. Sessions are one hour long.

Do you work with couples and individuals? Yes — I work with both. I specialize in couples therapy and relationship concerns, and I also see individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and more.

Do you offer telehealth sessions? Yes, telehealth sessions are available for those who prefer to meet remotely.

Do you accept insurance? I don't accept insurance directly, but I do accept HSA (Health Savings Account) payments.
